This app is designed so that relationship content you enter (dates/names/events) stays on your device. The only data processing involving third parties is for advertising and basic diagnostics (if enabled).
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Love Days – Couple Counter (“the App”, “we”, “our”) handles information when you use the App. We respect your privacy and aim to be transparent about data practices.
2. Local Storage (Your Relationship Data)
The App lets you enter information such as relationship start dates, names/nicknames, anniversaries, and custom events. All such content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
- We do not run our own backend/server for your relationship data.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, messages, or call logs.
- If you export/backup data, it is initiated by you and handled by your device/OS or chosen service.
3. Advertising
The App displays ads to support development. Ads are provided by third-party partners who may process certain data to show and measure advertisements.
3.1 Advertising provider
- Google AdMob (Google LLC)
3.2 Data commonly processed for ads
Depending on your device, region, and your consent choices, ad partners may process:
- Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / AAID)
- IP address (often used for approximate location and fraud prevention)
- Device and app information (model, OS version, app version)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
3.3 Personalized vs. non-personalized ads (Consent)
Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we show a consent prompt so you can choose personalized or non-personalized ads. You can change your preference anytime via the App’s settings (if available) or by resetting your device’s ad settings.

4. Diagnostics & Crash Reports (Optional)
The App may use third-party services to detect crashes and improve stability (for example, Firebase Crashlytics), if you enable such diagnostics or if it is configured in the App build.
- Typical data: crash stack traces, device/app version, basic device info
- Purpose: app stability and bug fixing
- No relationship content (dates/names/events) is sent as part of diagnostics
5. Permissions
The App requests only permissions needed for features you use. Examples:
- Notifications (optional): to remind you about anniversaries or events
You can revoke permissions in your device settings at any time.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Relationship content you enter stays on your device.
We may share limited data with:
- Advertising partners (for serving and measuring ads)
- Diagnostics providers (for crash reporting, if enabled)
- Authorities if required by applicable law
7. Data Retention
- Relationship data: stored locally until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Ad/diagnostic data: retained by third parties per their policies.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Your Rights (EEA/UK – GDPR)
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights such as access, deletion, objection, and data portability. Because relationship content is stored locally, you can delete it directly in the App or by uninstalling the App. For ad/diagnostic data processed by third parties, you can use their controls and opt-outs.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version.
